• Appointment Confirmation: Your online appointment booking is a request and is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or SMS from Affirm Medical. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at our discretion.

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so more than 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged. 

• Payment: Payments for consultations or deposits may be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All other payments are due at the time of your consultation. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up-to-date.
